Cross Assembly is a wonderful church. However, in any large church, it’s easy to attend each week without ever really getting to know other people around you.
That’s why we’d like to invite you to become part of the Apex/Morrisville Community Group. Our desire is to make a large church feel smaller by building meaningful relationships centered on Christ. We believe that spiritual growth best happens when we share life together as believers. The group is built on the foundation of Acts 2:42:
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
Together, we study scripture, fellowship, share communion and pray for one another. Our weekly format includes watching Cross Assembly’s Group session, reading scripture, discussing key takeaways from everyone’s perspective, praying for one another and having fun sharing life experiences. We meet in our home located between West Cary and highway 751, mailing address is Apex.
In addition to the weekly group sessions, we share life together outside in social activities and caring for each other in need. We don’t have all the answers, but we know the One who does.
Our expectation of members is to commit, “they devoted themselves” which means try to be present whenever possible, pray for others, share your perspectives and engage with your fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
Come experience the joy of doing life together as we grow in faith, encourage one another and become the Christ-centered community God intended His church to be.
